That experience led him to a seven year research effort during which time he interviewed over 2,000 successful real estate agents, asking them precisely what they said to make appointments, qualify prospective sellers and buyers, how they convinced sellers to list at the right prices, how they convinced buyers to be loyal, and how to overcome all kinds of stalls and objections.
