As long as you provide quality service, than you have a great shot at keeping the customer. Even today, where many customers are looking to other company's because of price, quality is an essential piece of the puzzle. -Jumpman

My advice would be this: realize that your product is YOU, not the commodity or service you move. Build a relationship by making sure that your client realizes that you have their best interest at hand. By doing this, they will be loyal to you - and in time will choose to do business with you, or will go out of their way to refer you when the opportunity arises. -FollowUpMaster
