Dealing with the "Im Just Looking" Customer

I work at a motorcycle dealership where we basically sell toys (motorcycles, atvs, dirtbikes, jetskis). We have a good amount of people coming in but i am completely new to this business. What is the best way to handle a person who walks in but almost looks scared of you and quickly starts saying he/she is "just looking" without even giving you a chance to say hi to them. -BrowardMotorsports
