Where do I find this agreement that can protect me?

I will soon enter a partnership with another company. I will provide them leads that they will use to sell their service to. I will get a comission from my partner on every deal they close with my leads.

Now I need a agreement that says that they cannot use any of the infromation I provide them to close any deal with the leads without giving me my comission.

Do you have an example of an agreement like this that I can download somewhere?

What you are talking about is called RISK you can put a clause in your agreement stating your partner can not close the deal with out informing you this can be 1 solution. Risk associated with this agreement is what if your partner closes the deal and you come to know ever so I would suggest you to add the above clause and for first time provide him small lead and see the result.
