Quick question - policies and procedures

We are in the process of joining forces with another small company to increase are sales capabilites, coverage, etc. We had, both small companies, been operating on very few internal resources, i.e. policies and procedures. We now definitely need these in place in fairly short order. I have searched online and see that they can run $500-600 and then some. We are currently bother quite strapped for cash. Is there somewhere that provides either a copy of sale and marketing policies and procedures or a template of sorts?
