Tuition Reimbursment
Hi all. I work for a small company and we currently do not have a tuition reimbursement plan in stone. I have recently asked the owner if he would be up to it based on my current management skills and future capabilities. He gave it a thumbs up for $5k per year. The tough part is there is nothing on paper. I want to show my commitment and have pegged 2 A's and a B in my courses so far. I am also willing to stay on board at least 18 months after graduating but how should I start if I was writing a formal agreement? Thanks. -Craigmax
