The most important things a car sales person could learn would be;
  • Be genuine and not fake,
  • Be honest
  • Listen to the client and understand what they want, (donít push your own agenda)
  • Build rapport and trust
  • Donít listen to all the old dogs in the place who are full of advice but its often biased based on their own weaknessís
  • Find someone who is worthy of your admiration and model what they do until you have your own system that works for you and the dealership.
