The most important things a car sales person could learn would be;
Be genuine and not fake,
Listen to the client and understand what they want, (donít push your own agenda)
Build rapport and trust
Donít listen to all the old dogs in the place who are full of advice but its often biased based on their own weaknessís
Find someone who is worthy of your admiration and model what they do until you have your own system that works for you and the dealership.
