How to build up a CRM tool

Hi Everybody,

I am just developing a new Lead management tool within my banking institution and am wondering what would be the best platform (IT solution) in order to track the leads that come from our recurrent outdoor sales initiatives, customer interaction (face to face or telephone channel).
