You're not alone. A lot of us have had bad experiences. I'll give you an example. Recently I had a bad experience with my insurance company...

So what did I do? Did I give up on insurance? Did I stop insuring my cars, my life, my health? No... I just changed companies. The problem wasn't the product it was the provider. Big difference right?
