No doubt we revert to seat of the pants selling from time to time. Following a good process and game plan is fine when things go to plan. Itís those times when things get off track that we tend to combine attempting to get back to our process that we revert to seat of the pants or winging it.
We are there to solve problems or help customers exploit opportunities and put the sale together; a little adlib or seat of the pants is fine as long as we donít harm the brand or loose integrity. - by Tony Dunne
