> Instructor-led Training
In your opinion what are the benefits of instructor-led training over self-guided study? - by Community Mailbox
The first and most obvious answer is it depends on the instructor.
Let's assume the instructor is qualified and capable. There has to a solid agreement between both parties, or instructor and group, on what the proposed strategy for learning will be. In addition, there has to be a commitment by the student to adhere to the course of action and solid principles that the instruction reveals.
In my case, my studies have been self-guided. I have taken courses, but those courses were my choice as part of my own self-guidance.
I believe that in all cases we must be in charge of our own education. I also believe, that if you are going to succeed, you have to take that responsibility very seriously. - by Gary A Boye
