The method of choice in one-on-one coaching, mentoring and similar approaches to developing sales competence and capacity among sales practitioners is Bespoke sales training (i.e., tailor-made solution personalized or tailored to a client's specifications). This approach to training and development tends to achieve more sustainable results than "Out of the box" sales training (i.e., ready-made solution without modification or customization). - by Jeff Blackwell
