Has anyone read the book, "Winning through Intimidation" by Robert J. Ringer?

I'm about half way through and it's actually pretty interesting.

Yes, I have read the book and found the material to quite accurate. It's been a while however so don't ask me for quotes.

I remember Ringer discussed commissiondectomies. I have had a few of those performed on me. I reframed it in my mind as tuition.

Is this possible?
