For me the process is...

1. Desired Outcome... what specifically am I pursuing.
2. Strategy... how will I get to there from here.
3. Take Action... execute the steps called for in my strategy.
4. Adjustments... keep my sites on the target and adjust actions as necessary to stay on course.
