I've had my business in Arizona for almost a year now and I'm still a little foggy about State and Federal Taxes. Can anyone give me a quick breakdown? Thanks.

Yikes. That's a loaded question.
As an Employer, you "collect" taxes [unemployment, income, etc.] and you "pay" taxes.
As an Individual you pay personal State and Federal taxes.
