Hello Everyone! I am new to this site. I actually just happened to stuble upon it while looking for something else and was very pleased by the insight and the set up of this site.
I am a Residential Mortgage Specialist with Americam Home Mortgage in Columbus, Ohio. I am currently looking to partner with many business professionals either in the Columbus, Ohio area, or other areas throughout the nation. I am a national lender so I can lend anywhere I need to.
Currently, the professionals that I am looking for are the following: Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners (who manage client portfolio's of $500,000.00 or more), Divorce/Bankruptcy Attorney's, Insurance Agents, small banks or credit unions that would like the ability to originate mortgages for people that do not wualify for prime financing, while still making money on those clients, builders (all types including on/off site and manufactured home builders.
