Dear All ,
Hello....How's everybody? I am very new here, like a baby.
I have just joined a new lighting company which sells and market lighting fixtures. I am abit lost over here.. Any guidance?
I am not very sure, product knowledge is more crucial or selling skills? I am afraid of the target at the end of the month too.
Welcome any advise.
Good Day to everyone..
Thanks & BEst Regards,
Vivian

In my opinion product knowledge is in most cases a necessity but by no means more important than selling skills. As for the target at the end of the month... you're not alone.

HI Vivian
It’s been awhile since I’ve been here since I’ve moved to marketing (I’m a buyer now LOL!)
"Selling Skills" will help you get your foot in the door and close the sale.
"Product Knowledge" (and knowledge of your competitors) is key to upselling and growing the account.
