I saw this today and thought some of you might find it of interest. By the way, this image is static. If you see any movement that is you and not the image.

That's pretty wild. I've spent the last five minutes trying to get the wheels to stop.

Stopping It

Stopping it is focosing on one point - any one point will stop it. Stopping it in nature [the world we live in] is doing the same thing - to eliminate the minds movement to see with clarity one thing. Stopping it in our thoughts is going from watching thought to watching one point to eliminating thought to eliminating the thinker and simply watching. THAT exercise takes discipline BUT the rewards can be wonderous and practicle.

The best to all.

Mitch, that is the subject of the classic, "The Unfettered Mind" by Takuan Soho who tradition says had an influence in Miyamoto Musashi, author of A Book of 5 Rings. It is called "immovable mind". A tremendous read.

Have you read it?

By the way, the pickle (Takuan) was named after him--no joke.

"By the way, the pickle (Takuan) was named after him--no joke." -- funny!

Hi Gary - hope you are well and giving life the best of you it deserves - I believe I've read this person, I've read so much in this area beginning with my father's books on yoga between the hardy Boys and Classic comics when I was a kid - I continue to read in this tradition of thought and work with my own discipline.

A long morning hike of seven miles has been an excellence exercise for me - rooting out all the self imposed and delusional thinking thus acting patterns is a constant challenge and joyful [if not annoying from time to time] part of my life.

The very, very best to you always.

Looked at it while scrolling it up and down and almost fell out of my chair...
