If I can understand "who" they prefer to buy from I try to become that. If I can not I find them that person and let the agent or type of agent (local, bi-lingual, commercial) they prefer to buy from pay me a referral fee only after the deal is closed. I find this gives thee customer the best service and benefits everyone involved.

Hello SpeedRacer,

I apologize for the delay in my response. I have been away on vacation.
"Who" they may want to buy from could be a laid-back personality, an experienced maternal figure, a happy-hyper life of the party persona etc. I can be some of those types of salespeople but not all. The ones I am not, I reffer to who is.
I know "who" I like to buy from and if you bring me to a salesfloor I look for who I want to buy from. I bet there is a "who" or salesperson type that you would look for too.
I started working for the top broker in my office 4 years ago. His name is John. Someone once said to me that I could never be John but I could be the top broker. I agree. There are many Realtors in my saturated market. I try to be flexable enough to be the Realtor (or "who") they are looking for.

Hi International Realtor!

Your name caught my eye because international property development is becoming quite a popular thing in the UK, especially within the European Union, with lots of UK people already owning property in France, Spain, and other places.

One of my friends is seriously wondering about embarking on property development in Bulgaria, and apparently there is quite a bit of money to be made from investing in Morocco.

It's an interesting market.

I'm very excited for your friend. You should watch what they do in case you ever want to invest. It is a great way to learn to build assets.
