i would have to say for me, by far the most benificial book that i have read other than napolean hill and dale carnegie books i have read the science of influence, 8 seconds to yes, really helps open our new reps eyes on how they are being percieved by the other person they are comunicating with during their sale, i assign every rep to read it, the book is by Kevin hogan after i read it it really helped me improve my sales
