How about identifying the source of resistance and removing or reducing it. If that doesn't work how about preemting common resistance in the sales call. ;) -Agent Smith

Don't focus on the resistance. As per Agent Smith, focus on pre-empting the resistance and/or use it for what it is, a buying signal. You may also want to define what you call "resistance". That may help eveyone with suggesting appropriate counter measures. -mdaniels
