I'd imagine the more frequent the repeat purchase, groceries vs. real estate, the more attention will be paid on keeping the customer happy and coming back. -Liberty

From the people I know, customer service has been given priority in their sales business. Most of them called their clients after delivering the items to them to see if they're happy with the purchase. -matefork

I can't think of a single large retailer (Target, Walmar, Costco, etc.) in the US who doesn't emphasize customer service and customer satisfaction. -AZBroker
