Smile SYSTEM: The Key to Success

Job Ready Strategies
THE SEVEN STEPS TO EMPLOYMENT SUCCESS SYSTEM

I spoke to you of the importance of what I phrased as “The Business of Finding Employment.” The idea is to create a systematic, methodical, cut the fat off, plan towards achieving gainful employment. Many of us today have some sense of how to search for employment. We utilize the various methodologies that are at our disposal such as the internet, books, articles, networking, friends, family members, significant others, job coach experts and so fourth. All this information is wonderful until it becomes a cacophony of confusion. Today more than ever we must be scientific in how we approach, create and execute our employment efforts. Over the years I have developed a proven job finding system to help guide, inform and stream-line the job search process called, THE SEVEN STEPS TO EMPLOYMENT SUCCESS SYSTEM.

1. RESUME/COVER/THANK YOU LETTER
2. ACTIVITY SEARCH LIST
3. DRESS FOR SUCCESS
4. INTERVIEW SKILLS
5. FOLLOW-UP SYSTEM
6. REPEAT CYCLE
7. EMPLOYMENT/RETENTION

I believe there are two types of systems and depending on which one you prescribe to, you can for the most part, predict the outcome. The one is set up for failure and the other is the one that allows you the opportunity to succeed. True, yes? There was a classic Seinfeld episode with George. In this episode, George and the gang were hanging out at their favorite diner. George makes eye contact with this beautiful woman that under normal circumstances, would never give him a second thought He had an epiphany of sorts when he came to the realization that much of his life revolved around the system that was set up for failure. He decided that instead of making up some sort of lie, he would do the opposite and tell the truth to this girl. George made the decision to put himself in the system that allows him the opportunity to succeed. Of course, he got the girl. What employment system are you following?

Michel Coritsids recommends you put yourself in an environment that is conducive to your success.

We will begin the journey of “the business of finding employment” when we start discussing, THE SEVEN STEPS OF EMPLOYMENT SUCCESS SYSTEM, one by one in greater detail.

I'm glad you're not looking for a job. How is the job market in H. Nevada.
What would be a must see tourist attraction in H. N.?
Thanks for your response.
