Hi folks

What a great idea this site is. Kudos JB. Here's me in a nutshell (Oh no I'm in a nutshell, how did I get here) Sorry, shameless Austin Powers reference. I sell high end vacuums. Have been in the business for many years. Am familiar with every aspect of sales. (Have done the business to business but only briefly) I started in telemarketing, then became a call center manager. After seeing the commissions that our reps were making I decided to finally make the jump to sales. Very quickly I rose to the top of my field. As most of you know, you will never be rich working for someone else, so I decided to take the position of sales manager to groom myself for opening my own office. That day has arrived, and I just stumbled upon this site. So perhaps this will be a diary of my success...........or a diary of my failure. Either way, I truly appreciate the idea behind this site. Kudos again JB. Let me just say this for now. No matter what field you are in, sales are sales. If you think you are great (Well you might be) but you can always pick up an extra tool from someone and relate it to your field. I can't tell you how many times when (From the mouths of babes) has come into play. People that know nothing can still give you insight. The playing field will always change, but it takes a true salesman/woman to adapt and over come. Looking forward to contributing. Vac
