Hello from Salt Lake City, Utah

With 20 years in sales, retail management & small business management, I am now in a position that requires me to put together a training system for a new (and somewhat green) staff for a new retail boutique. I have never experienced any kind of formal training, and have little budget for purchasing any kind of 'system' for training. I would love any suggestions you might have for sales training. THANKS!
