I registered some time ago, and am happy to be back. While I've learned methods like "Spin" selling, where I got the most bang for my buck was from a Dale Carnegie Sales Training course. I'd taken their regular 14-week communicating class, and when I felt I needed help with Sales training, I turned to them for an 8 week course, and I still use parts of it, even now, some 3 or 4 years later.
My trade, I'm a finance-guy. I started up my own company around five years ago and felt where I needed the most help in was the sales function. My dream is to be in a position where I'm hiring salespeople instead of selling myself!!!
