Egalaxy, I hope you don't post and run. I'm sure many of us would love to hear your thoughts on viral marketing.

I have one website that is somewhat viral. When someone signs up, at the end of the signup process they get a "recommend us to a friend" page. We are catching people at the height of their (initial!) enthusiasm for the site.

I'm actually getting ready to offer a coupon for those that give at least 3 referrals. We'll see how that works!
