Dealing With Back Orders
I'm finding it hard to deal with items on my order that have to be back ordered. I fell at fault when I have to call a customer and tell them that their order won't arrive for another 2 weeks or so. I know it isn't my fault but I still hate having to do this. Anyone else having this problem?

That's a drag. Can you check inventory on the Internet? If this is available you could check inventory at the appointment with a laptop and wireless Internet.

I think I can check inventory online but it would have to be when I'm at home. I don't have a laptop. At least I could let them know well ahead of when I receive my invoice if I checked inventory. I'll have to see if it's possible.
