Do you use music to motivate yourself? I usually listen to classical if I'm writing copy.
It's a movie, but there's a scene in Family Man where Nicholas Cage is singing along to opera before he goes to his Wall St job.
I've read reports that suggest students do better while listening to Mozart. I'm not sure how composer-specific the results are.

I use music a motivation all the time, not classical though, it puts me to sleep, it usually depends on my mood what I'm listening to.

I don't listen to music during work hours at the office or in the car. About the only time that I purposely listen to music is at the gym and yes it's for motivation and entertainment.
