Production Incentives

Does your company offer "incentives" for sales production? If so, what kind of incentives are offered?

One company I used to work for offered monthly and annual production incentives.

The monthly incentives were for cash and prizes usually valued at no more than $500. The annual production incentives included recognition [plaques, rings, etc.], larger prizes [vacation trips, etc.] and cash bonuses.

The company I'm current at doesn't offer incentives. Bummer.

I did. I felt like it gave me something extra to shoot for.

In my company, the workers are given a monthly incentives but it depends to the monthly sales. More sales, more incentives. It makes salestaff try their very best to make good sales.
