i have sold cars for a couple of years now, that being said i work probably work in a different enviroment from what you will be working in. (we work off a one price system and i don't get paid off the front end).
the most important thing is qualifying. Ask questions and that will lead to an easy sale.
if someone looks at a vehicle and says they don't like it, you won't have any ammo to hit them with if you haven't qualified correctly.
for example
I really don't know about this ford taurus....
I understand, let's review what you told me YOU SAID
I have to have a full size car with cruise and all the power options and a v-6 and YOU SAID you don't want to pay over 12,000 adn the car needs to have under 40,000. this is the only car that fits what YOU SAID you needed, now i do have other vechiles that fit what you want, but we have 3 choices
1. purchase the ford taurus
2. Look at some 4 cyl
3. Increase the amount that you want to spend
I am here to put you in the best situation possible and all i do is present you with choices and these are the facts based off of what YOU TOLD ME. So what do you feel like is the best route to take...
