That is incredible!

Incidently, I believe you're account of door to door sales is accurate and your style of selling as you describe it should be a lesson for many. I look forward to reading more of your posts.

I would like to find a different way to prospect than door knocking. It takes a lot of time and people can be very rude.

Thanks AZ and Thomas. Maybe AZ you might invite me through and explain the real estate business to me. Thomas; i read your reply and note what you say about things are hard, and door to doors not doing so good. 1st is that your photo on your website, If so no wonder things are hard, good grooming is an essential in sales, if IT is you - then buy a uniform, and hide your street identity / street cred look of abject poverty under its CLOAK OF WELL GROOMED AUTHORITY.

I need to know what you sell before I can advise, but off the top of my head get a trestle table, a collapsible stall, and set up on the sidewalk in busy pedestrian streets, outside supermarkets, in closed down shop doorways, in alcoves, in back street extrances and exits, out side closed hotels, your gonna become a street vendor a barrow, a pedlar, your going to sell to the passing crowd, if its not you in the photo and the photos a joke, then you need SUPERMARKET SHOP DOORWAYS and a good product to sell and push. Foot traffic my dear Watson, foot traffic, bus traffic, rail traffic, your gonna learn a new way of selling. You gotta learn to run - before you can walk in this business. And you start at 9, 1st call 9-00am. Finish when you hit 20.

That is too funny. No that isn't my snapshot. I'm still laughing.

I work with manufactured homes which is a lot like real estate.

Door knocking would be a cake walk compared to selling on the street. I thought I had it bad.

I'm going to go get a scone and coffee and will come back to read more.
