Sales Plan

Hi,
My is Patrick Mwakifuna i just started a new promotional marketing company based here in my local town(arusha). I have received a request from one of the telecommunication company to develop a sales plan for their new Mobile service. But i'm not family of writing a sales plan but i'm very quite on learning can any one help me where i can learn these skills so as to undertake this assignment.

I am curious about how you have gone about setting up your marketing promotions company without a business plan? Did you put anything into writing before you started your new business?

Thanks very much for those links. They are probably the most useful things I have seen posted on this forumn.
