Here's a collection of thoughts in the form of a spontaneous "free-verse" poetic format...
What is sales.....
then the ultimate desire to link
helping others,
with helping ourselves.
so where do we fall into the belief
that helping others......
is somehow secondary
to helping ourselves?
When the reality states
that it is the opposite
that we need...
to succeed in the first place?
Sometimes the simplest answer
is approached in the most complex way...
when we could simply humble ourselves
to step outside the "typical box"
that I find so many salespeople fall into,
where they move away from it "just being another job"
and allow it to be....
a love.
Deep down
I feel that people..
all have the desire to care more than they do,
we are just afraid to.
Rejection playing the largest role in this hamster wheel
that we find ourselves running in,
we can only wish to approach our relationships
...in a different light.
Why does a job.....just have to be a job?
And if we find ourselves in something we are incapable of loving
...then who's fault is that?
