My 1st Sales job... Month 1 was amazing, Month 2 I bombed, Month 3 here I come!

Hello,
I'm brand new to Sales. Sorta. I sold Volunteers on joining a Marathon Training Program to raise money for charity. I was at that position for 2.5 years and I kicked ***.
Now I'm in a *real* sales job and I'm gasping for air in a sea of big bad-*** business people.
My first month I hit my sales quota.
This month I came up 47% short.
Of course, I'm freaking out.
But I am not a quiter. I'm reading and practicing and doing all that I can including coming here where I hope to learn and practice some more.
