These are creative posters strategically placed in the target audiences environment en' masse. -magicman

In many cities there are sign posting regulations, policies or codes. I would imagine that a violation of these would result in a fine of some type. -MagicMan

In Europe we normally only see these wild postings on old and empty buildings as well as on specially dedicated wild posting areas. -jimberan

In my place any one can post anywhere , except private buildings besides that most places are free to post -mtajim
