RV Sales Help

Good Afternoon,

I am a Sales Manager, we sell Recreational Vehicles, as you may know the market is tough right now, so I need ideas to motivate the Sales Force and to assist with training new Sales People, we are getting turn over.

As a guest I have already picked up some ideas from the forum and look forward to finding many more as a member.

Before RV's I sold software on a global basis, so have many years of sales and cross cultural experience. So if I can provide any help or advice, I would be happy to help.

Hello David,

I'm a newbie to the board, but intrigued that you made the transition from technology sales to RV sales.

I left technology sales a couple of years ago when most of my customers decided to outsource their shops to the Far East, and have explored a couple of RV sales opportunities that went no-where.

I read where you say the industry is dormant. Why do you think that is?
