When you can see the persons eyes go as big as a Dinner plate - then you know the offer was to low

At the end of the day - I have to take anything back to the owner - When they tell you it is to low then you know - it is too low.

Yes I think the customer will tell you when they are insulted. Some might be more vocal than others.
