Usually with a presentation, it sounds one-sided. Yet a way does exist to involve your prospect into a natural dialogue so you can increase your closing (which can be very dramatic).

A presentation that is consumer friendly allows your prospect a measure of control over the presentation to create a natural dialogue. Such a presentation gives your prospect a freedom of expression that sorely lacks in many presentations.

I haven't experienced a one-sided presentation yet. Sometimes a salesperson might monopolize the conversation. Is that what you mean?
