Smile HELLO fr Sales/SalesPractice.com Newbie...

I'm Karen from the Philippines, and I've just started work as a Sales Training Specialist for an outsourcing firm. I've had some background/experience in marketing and sales, but have been involved in publishing and education for the better part of my professional life so I feel that I need to brush up on my marketing/sales skills in order to do my job right. I am so glad to have found this online resource; I'm sure that I'll pick up lots of helpful information, and get the chance to contribute my own tips and experiences eventually.
