I've said it before, and I'll say it again: There must be two winners. I have sold cars for 8 years, and the problem usually lies in the salesperson. I always think the profit margins I make are fair... Why? Because, my focus is to help somebody find the vehicle that fits their needs best, to give them the service they deserve (before, during, and after the sale); and of course, at the right time come up with a plan that makes the vehicle affordable.

Focus on service and relationships. Focus on helping people make the right decision. Believe in the product you are selling, and if doesn't present a fair value, then DON'T SELL IT.

By doing this... The fair profits will be there, repeatedly; and from everybody they know, as well.
