TM or SM or neither?
I am rolling out a new product called the $199 EVERYTHING BUT THE KITCHEN SINK TOTAL ONLINE SOLUTION. Everytime I refer to it in my marketing pages, I put it in Blue, all caps so that it is clear it is the product name. I feel like it should have a superscript TM or SM after it. Does anyone know what the difference is between a Trade Mark or a Service Mark and which, if any, is appropriate for this case?
BTW...I will posting these pages for critique and suggestions tomorrow... |

A service mark is the same as a trademark, except that it identifies and distinguishes the source of a service rather than a product. Source: USPTO.GOV |
