Howdy folks...
...from the Big D! (yes, that's Dallas)
I am a 40 year-old remodeling contractor/salesman and have been working in the Home Improvement industry for right at 20 years. Most of that time has been spent in Call Center Management but I also have some In-Home Sales and Management experience. After a short break from the sales side of our business, I have recently accepted a Management position and found this site while surfing around looking to refresh my sales skills...this looks to be just what I was looking for!
