"Win - Win" Rules - Have Empathy
If people identify with you it will make the process a lot simpler. Whilst maintaining your professional standards, make sure you convey understanding and empathy. Approach them on a human level with the hope that you can help them solve their problem. Remember that the client must always feel secure. Always acknowledge any objections, never just dismiss them. |

Empathy is one of those things that not a lot of sale people show yet is wsomething that can be a great toll for them if only they did.
