"Win - Win" Rules - Know what and when to offer

When you sense that you are nearly there and it will just take one more concession to clinch the deal, ask the question. “What do we have to do to finalise this matter?”. You may be surprised, the ask may be much lower than you had been prepared to offer. When asked the question directly, people don’t like to appear to be too greedy.

Thanks for your input there Wowsap - I agree with you. Rapport is very important and by getting to know the client by spending enough time with them this will come naturally.
