I have several clients who are personnel agencies. From my perspective this is a very competitive business and sitting in the office on the phone is what they do not do.
They are everywhere at all hours of the day mostly networking. Chamber, Kiwanis, Le Tip, BNI, festivals, etc. etc. Those making a reasonable living really work rear ends off.
Josh, based on what I see, I'd suggest that when you see a collection of people join them. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
