My Introduction

Hi all. My involvement with SalesPractice.com is two-fold.

I believe we all are in the business of selling to some extent in our everyday lives regardless of our actual "job"

My on-the-job experience in sales/marketing is pretty slim. I recently took a position with a software firm as a business analyst who will be closely aligned with our sales organization, managing and improving the sales process, managing a number of systems that we have implemented for our sales organization, change management and managing the development of an employee training program geared initially to our sales organization but will filter throughout the entire company as the program becomes a little more mature. Basically, I need all the help I can get.

My second interest is as a sole-proprietor looking at the potential to expand my business as a massage therapist. I feel I need some guidance in not only "selling" myself, but my ideas as well and a push to develop these ideas and then act on them. This is one of many places I hope to find some of that guidance.
