i am new here ...and new in telecommunication industry, my job scope is to handle trade training. i was given a task to come out a training plan for all the distributors & dealers. hope to get some helps from all of the experts here ... and below are my Challenges...seek for the solutions...
- Dealer simply cannot remove staff from their workplace for any length of time
- Staff turnover is usually high and thus training has be be repeated at regular intervals to ensure new staff have access to training
- Staff work irregular hours, including many who are part-time. A training-course at a fixed time and location will not fit in with their working patterns
- Generally (though some exceptions exist) retail staff do not have an academic background and are not used to formal learning. Any training they receive must be appropriate to the way they are used to learning
