Internet Graphics Design services?

I am looking pay for some firm to help me create a logo and branding concept for my Ocean30 website and my business concept. I just joined Keller Williams Realty so I want the Logo and materials to complement the KW graphics and colors.

Since I am in need of new business cards, 4 sale signs, and brochures for listing presentations. I thought I would take the time ans spend some money to start building a brand. After I get the new look and feel, I will recreate my site to be consistant with the new concept.

I know KW pushes building your name as a brand, but I have decided against doing that.

Have any of you used the internet logo companies like Logoworks or elogodesigns or others?

Any help finding a good source would be appreciated...
