Hello from the West Midlands
Hi, First time on this site - and I think it is extremeley informative.
I work in recruitment, having been in sales for 20 years before that. Since being in recruitment, I have been very successful in making placements by using Sharon Drew Morgan's buying faciltation method. So successful in fact that the organisation I work for, now want me to take on the role as SAles Trainer to train other consultants. This is a role I would relish and have been working towards, but the problem I have is that the company want me to train using standard traditional sales methods. Has anyone any idea's on how I can convince them to let me train on something different. |

Welcome to the forum. Couldn't you use the buying facilitation method to help them with the decision?

Congratulations on the new job and welcome to the forum.
My first thought is that it's going to be a real uphill battle to sell management on changing their training program. Mostly because they've been able to establish a set of repeatable metrics to the program that allows them to track the progress, or lack of progress of both the trainer and the students. Chuck |

Hi zandrea, welcome to the forum.
What is your definition of "traditional sales methods"?
